These Terms govern your use of KAB, including the website, the app and any related services ("KAB", "we", "us"), operated by [registered legal entity name to be inserted]. By joining the waitlist, creating an account or using KAB in any way, you agree to these Terms and to the Community Guidelines, which form part of them. If you do not agree, do not use KAB.
To use KAB you must:
We may ask you to verify your identity or age at any time. We may refuse, suspend or remove any registration or account at our sole discretion.
KAB is a technology platform that helps adults find another person who wants to do the same activity at the same time and place. KAB does not organise, host, supervise or attend any meeting or activity. KAB is not a venue, event organiser, transport provider, dating or matchmaking service, employer, or the agent of any user. We do not guarantee that a match will be found, that any person will attend, or the outcome of any meeting.
You meet other users entirely at your own risk. KAB does not carry out criminal background checks on users and does not verify all information users provide. Any verification we perform is limited and is not a guarantee of any user's identity, intentions or conduct.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, both online and in person. We strongly recommend that you meet only in busy public places, tell someone you trust where you are going, arrange your own transport, and leave any situation in which you feel uncomfortable. In an emergency, contact local emergency services first.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
You keep ownership of the content you submit, including your photo. You grant KAB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce and process that content for the purpose of operating, verifying, securing and improving KAB. You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that your photo shows you. We may remove any content at our discretion.
You must follow the Community Guidelines and all applicable laws. Without limitation, you must not harass, threaten or abuse anyone; engage in sexual misconduct; commit fraud or run scams; solicit money or sell products or services; impersonate anyone; involve anyone under 20; collect other users' data; interfere with the operation or security of KAB; or use KAB for any unlawful purpose.
Restaurants, cafés, courts, venues, banks and card issuers are independent of KAB. We are not responsible for their services, prices, safety, standards or availability, or for any discount, deal or card offer, including whether it is honoured. Any arrangement to split costs is solely between the users involved.
We collect the information you give us, including your name, WhatsApp number, country, city, date of birth, gender, occupation, profession, photo, plan preferences, availability and timezone, together with technical information about your device and your use of KAB.
We use it to create and run your account, find matches, verify users, keep KAB safe, contact you, process payments, improve KAB and comply with the law. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run KAB (such as hosting, messaging and payment providers), with your match to the extent needed for a connection, or where the law requires it or it is necessary to protect someone's safety. Your data may be stored or processed outside your country.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data. We may keep certain records where the law requires it or for safety and fraud prevention.
We may review reports, remove content, issue warnings, and suspend or permanently remove accounts at our sole discretion, with or without notice. We may preserve information and share it with law enforcement where required by law or where we believe it is necessary to prevent harm.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or for legal or safety reasons. Fees already paid are not refunded where access ends because of your breach.
KAB is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, including that KAB will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate or fit for a particular purpose. We make no warranty about the identity, conduct, intentions, compatibility or safety of any user.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAB and its owners, directors, employees and partners will not be liable for:
Our total liability for any claim relating to KAB is limited to the greater of the amount you paid KAB in the three months before the claim arose, or PKR 5,000. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KAB and its owners, directors, employees and partners from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including legal fees, arising from your use of KAB, your content, your interactions with other users, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes. Continuing to use KAB after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts at Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us first so that we can try to resolve the matter informally.
These Terms, together with the Community Guidelines, are the entire agreement between you and KAB. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

KAB works because people trust that the person across the table is real, respectful and there for the plan. These guidelines apply to everything you do on KAB and at every meeting arranged through it. Breaking them can lead to removal from KAB, and serious breaches may be reported to the police.
